Throughout his distinguished career, he served as a Field Training Officer, Detective, and Patrol Officer, gaining deep expertise in public safety and investigations. In addition to his law enforcement service, Andy has held a private investigator license for over 30 years, with extensive experience in executive protection, background investigations, and workers' compensation investigations. Since starting the security division of ACT in 2011, Andy has combined his decades of law enforcement knowledge with private security, ensuring ACT’s clients receive top-tier protection and service.
Crystal Trevino is the Chief Financial Officer at ACT Private Security, where she leverages her years of business leadership and office management expertise to handle the company’s financial operations. Since stepping into office management in 2020 and fully taking over in 2021, Crystal has excelled at scheduling, payroll, invoicing, and maintaining essential records. While her security industry experience comes from learning on the job, she has a strong background in customer service, data processing, and management roles across various sectors, including window manufacturing, insurance, and pharmacy management. Her extensive experience in office settings and her ability to handle the complexities of hiring, finance, and organizational efficiency make her an invaluable asset to ACT Private Security.
Daniel Trevino has been in Security field since 2005. Daniel spent over 10 years of his career with a Fortune 500 company over seeing the loss prevention department for California and Nevada. Daniel has managed several accounts over the years with emphasis focusing on employee training and development. Daniel strives for providing our clients with the highest standards for their needs.
